Refund policy

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Contact us by sending email to adorablegifting1@gmail.com and once we accept your return, you can send the items back to us. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please note that the return will not be accepted if items are sent to us without our acceptance.

Products must be in brand new, unused condition. Buyer will be refunded the cost of item minus the original shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Personalized Items
  • Gift Cards
  • Clearance Sale/Final Sale Items/Holiday Sale
  • Imperfect/Discounted Items

Damages/Defective Items/Incorrect Items Received:

Please inspect your order and if you see any issues, contact us via email within 2 days of receiving your order. We request you to take a video while unpacking your order and clearly show the unopened box with our label and focusing on any visible damage to the items. We will evaluate the issue and get you replacement or store credit.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please work with the shipping provider.

Cancellations/Exchanges:

We DO NOT accept cancellations or exchanges. Please be mindful when entering address, Promo codes. We are not responsible for customer input errors.
